Equine Explorations is a collaborative venture of equine-interaction psychotherapy and holistic life coaching, joining the expertise of a licensed psychotherapist and an equine specialist located in Tucson, Arizona.

Equine-interaction therapy is an effective therapeutic approach that can serve as primary treatment or as an adjunct to a client's ongoing therapy. Regarded as experiential therapy, this modality allows clients to learn by doing, thereby providing the opportunity to put into practice some new ways of thinking. Equine-integrated psychotherapy can have a powerful impact on clients presenting a range of issues, including addiction and co-addiction, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, grief & loss, anxiety & depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties.

Equine-interaction coaching is an experiential coaching approach to guide clients in learning about themselves, developing tools and strategies for making good choices, facilitating new insights and awareness, developing problem-solving skills, communicating more effectively, and improving confidence.
